The outstanding 3 Vallées ski area provides very good natural snow conditions. Here more than anywhere else, the average altitude, aspect, and the size of the ski area ensure high-quality skiing right through to springtime.

Artificial snow

It is now an integral part of the landscape of our resorts ensuring world-class downhill skiing as soon as the season starts and further enhancing the quality of the slopes. Artificial snow is environmental-friendly and goes back to the watershed when the snow melts. Today, it is perfect for skiing and covers 50% of the ski area.

The slopes

The maintenance work carried out in summer (grass planting, profiling, etc.) provides a final touch ensuring an optimum base when the snow begins to fall in our mountains. This represents a further guarantee of high-quality skiing when combined with excellent packing down techniques.
